Processing & Shipping

Please allow 5-8 business days for order processing prior to us shipping our order. If you pay for faster 1 or 2 day shipping with a selected courier please understand that this does not include our standard order processing time. All orders are made fresh weekly and all order adhere to our 5-8 business day processing times. For international shipping please allow up to 15 business days to receive your order. You may choose USPS or UPS as your desired courier.

Product Shelf-life

All of our products are 100% natural and do not contain any added preservatives. Each purchased product should be stored in moderate-to-cool temperatures. None of our products should be stored in temperatures above 75 degrees. Our product shelf life is 2-years.

When Will I Start Seeing Results?

Within the first use you will immediately notice the difference in quality of our products. However, we recommend using our products consistently over the duration of a month to see both improved hair and skin results.

Canceled orders:

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel, or change your order. This includes but is not limited to:

Canceling your order or specific items
Cancelling subscription orders or charges

*Coupons and discount codes are not permitted to be added or removed from your order once the order has been placed.

Missing Products:

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and order completion. In the event that you receive your order and you are missing a product, please reach out to us via email: info@houseofisis.co and we will immediately replace that item for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process.
